I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located a stone's throw from the City center and the Shumen Arena. The WiFi was great, and the bed with warm satin blankets provided a cozy night's sleep. The restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast, and the hotel manager even gave a nice souvenir at checkout. The pianist playing a melodic background during dinner added to the wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and convenient location.

Excellent quality of the structure, rich and original designs at a price, in our opinion, too cheap relative to the standard offered. The apartment that we used was really deluxe, spacious and complete with every modern convenience of high quality standard. Very good, very private and discreet service staff, a chef available for private dining business. I never imagined that the Italian food offered at this restaurant could do envy our real traditional cuisine of Emilia.
We had a little difficulty to reach this Hotel as a taxi driver tried at all costs with futile reasons to redirect us to another structure of the city. Problem immediately solved by changing taxi company In any case this is not a problem of the Hotel

The staff were excellent; they couldn't do enough for me. The decor was fantastic; the room spacious and delightfully equipped and the food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone who wanted a base to tour the area. Thanks to all there!
The location was fine; but it is a little off the beaten track. I'm not sure that that's a bad thing though, on reflection!

Best things about my Easter stay: the bed was super comfortable and the soft blankets kept me warm all night. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center and attending events at the nearby arena. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Worst things about my Easter stay: On the downside, the decor was a bit outdated and not to my taste. there was a problem with the water supply in the city during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had enough water for everything I needed and were very apologetic.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the centre in a quiet cobble street, making it a perfect spot for those who want to explore the area. the room is well, designed and kept impeccably clean. the bathroom is stunning and comes equipped with an array of unique features, such as a top, of, the, range shower cubicle. Guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast with warm and soft boiled eggs in the resturant.
The owners need to address the issue of people smoking in public areas, which can be unpleasant for non, smokers.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and transportation. The breakfast was scrumptious and unlimited. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff members were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist in any way.
The air conditioning system was not functioning properly. The elevator was noisy and frequently stuck between floors, causing delays.
